Questions & Answers

Q. Why should I use the   Easy Property Sketch word document ?

A. The document is set up for for first time users to know what symbols to use and for what information to provide. If you are unable to print this document clearly  then plain blue squared graph paper availabe at most stationers is sufficient to use.

Q. Why does the paper have a blue grid ?

A. The blue grid with help you with scale when sketching the property. One small square on the grid paper should represent 6 inches. One large square should represent 5 feet. Therefore it is not necessary to write all the dimensions as long as you draw the property to scale we will be able to calculate lengths from these squares.

Q. How do I sketch a wall, door, window, bath etc ?

A. A sample of most of the symbols needed is shown on the bottom of the Easy Property Sketch word document. Please also view or print the sample sketches shown above to see how easily the symbols can be used to draw a property.
